PUDUCHERRY — Pranay Gothi has formally stepped down from his position as Director on the Board of Gothi Plascon India Limited, effective August 2026.
In an official filing submitted by the company, Gothi attributed his decision to step down from the board to pre-occupation and other pressing personal commitments.
