NOIDA — Times Network has officially announced the appointment of veteran broadcast journalist Rubika Liyaquat as the new Senior Executive Editor for its Hindi news channel, Times Now Navbharat.
In tandem with her core editorial mandate, Liyaquat will also step into a corporate leadership role as the Vice President of Special Projects. She will be operating out of the network’s Noida headquarters.
With a career spanning over 19 years in Indian media, Liyaquat is widely recognized for her sharp political reporting, high-octane prime-time anchoring, and newsroom leadership. Prior to making this move to Times Now Navbharat, she served as a Consulting Editor and Prime-Time Anchor at Network18 India.
Over nearly two decades in journalism, she has been a prominent face across several of the country’s leading news networks, having held key positions at ABP News, Zee News, News24, Bharat24, and Live India. Her appointment is expected to significantly bolster Times Now Navbharat’s prime-time programming and investigative reporting divisions.
