Mr. Satbir Singh, a 2018-batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre, has been officially designated as the Mela Administrator for the prestigious 39th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2026. Currently serving as the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Faridabad and the District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mr. Singh will now lead the organizational and administrative efforts for one of the world’s largest crafts fairs. His dual experience as a Special Officer for the Faridabad Model Economic Zone (APZ) is expected to bring a high level of logistical precision to the festival, which showcases global heritage and handloom traditions.
