NEW DELHI — Senior journalist Shawan Sen has resigned from Republic TV after nearly a decade to join CNN-News18 as Executive Editor – Enterprise & Special Investigations.
In his new mandate, Sen will lead special investigations and enterprise journalism for the network. He is set to anchor a prime-time broadcast, an afternoon programme, and an upcoming weekend show focused on defence and national security. Sen previously served as Deputy Editor at Republic TV since 2017 and had earlier worked with CNN-IBN as a Senior Correspondent between 2012 and 2016.
