MUMBAI: In an expansion of its top-tier governance team, integrated utility giant The Tata Power Company Limited has announced the formal induction of senior corporate specialist Mr. Deepak Kapoor to its leadership circle. The corporate panel has brought him on board as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
