NEW DELHI — The Union Government has promoted three senior Indian Revenue Service (IRS-IT) officers from the 1994 batch to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT).
The promoted officers include Vinita Rattan Sharma, Upendra Bhushan Mishra, and Shahi Sanjay Kumar. Alongside their apex-level promotions, the Department of Revenue has issued immediate posting orders for two of the officers to oversee key tax jurisdictions in Mumbai and Delhi.
