AHMEDABAD — V. Subramanian has stepped down from the Board of Directors at Adani Enterprises Limited, concluding his service as an Independent Director.
The tenure cessation comes following the successful completion of his second term on the board, in alignment with statutory corporate governance limits on independent directorships.
