KOLKATA — Cement manufacturer Vaishno Cement Company Limited has announced a series of key leadership extensions, confirming the re-appointment of Jatin Nanji Chheda to his executive role as Whole-Time Director.
To maintain corporate stability and independent governance, the board also re-appointed Mrs. Rajeswari Bangal and Mr. Suman Das to their respective positions as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
