MUMBAI — Global AI and advanced analytics provider Fractal Analytics Limited has announced key changes to its corporate leadership, appointing Shri Vivek Mohan as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He takes over from Shri Rohan Haldea, who has concluded his tenure as Chairman. Haldea will remain actively involved in the company’s long-term strategy, transitioning into the role of Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
