Warner Music Group (WMG) has announced that its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Armin Zerza, has stepped down from his executive responsibilities due to personal reasons, effective immediately. Zerza will remain accessible to the music enterprise through the end of the fiscal year to support a smooth leadership transition.
Following Zerza’s exit, WMG has launched an executive search for a permanent CFO. In the interim, Lou Dickler, Senior Vice President, Global Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as Acting CFO.
