NEW DELHI — In an administrative directive by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Vasanta Kiran Babu, a 2008-batch Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Deputy Inspector General of Forests (DIGF) at the Regional Office (RO), Ranchi.
Shri Vasanta Kiran Babu is presently serving as DIGF at the Regional Office (RO) in Bhubaneswar and will oversee the Ranchi office in addition to his regular duties until a full-time appointment is made or until further orders.
