Gujarat Govt Reshuffles Top IAS Officers: Shalini Agrawal to Lead GUVNL; Nagarajan M Named Surat Municipal Commissioner

In a significant administrative realignment, the Government of Gujarat has reassigned several high-ranking IAS officers to pivotal roles. Ms. Shalini Agrawal (IAS 2005) has been appointed as the Managing Director of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) in Vadodara, transitioning from her role in municipal administration. Simultaneously, Nagarajan M (IAS 2009) has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC). Additionally, Dr. Rajender Kumar (IAS 2004), who currently serves as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been given the additional charge of Vice Chairman & MD of the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) in Ahmedabad.
