In a move to strengthen the judicial bench in Bihar, Anshul Raj, a practicing advocate, has been appointed as a Judge of the Patna High Court. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium and the subsequent approval by the President of India. This elevation from the bar to the bench is part of the ongoing efforts to fill vacancies and expedite the disposal of cases in the Patna High Court, one of India’s oldest and most significant judicial institutions.
