Amol Prabhakar Joshi, a distinguished 1979-batch Central Engineering Service (CES) officer, has been empanelled for appointment as an Independent External Monitor (IEM). Having retired as the Special Director General of the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Joshi brings decades of experience in large-scale infrastructure procurement, contract management, and administrative oversight. His empanelment follows the rigorous guidelines set by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to ensure transparency and integrity in the high-value procurement processes of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and government organizations.
