In a significant career milestone, three officers from the Non-State Civil Service (Non-SCS) of Maharashtra—Satyajit Devidas Bade, Sunil Shivram Bhokre, and Rahul Vijay Kulkarni—have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). The promotion is based on the Select List of 2024, as determined by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in consultation with the State Government. All three officers have been officially allocated the Maharashtra Cadre, where they will now transition from specialized state roles to senior administrative positions within the district and state secretariats.
