NEW DELHI (Feb 7, 2026) — Arundhaty Ghosh, a retired 1986-batch officer of the Indian Postal Service (IPoS), has been empanelled by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) for appointment as an Independent External Monitor (IEM).
Ms. Ghosh previously served in one of the highest echelons of the Department of Posts, retiring as the Director General (Postal Services) and having served as a Member (Operations) of the Postal Services Board.
