NEW DELHI (Feb 17, 2026) — C Neelakanta Reddy, a senior 1997-batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), has been given the additional responsibility of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), Visakhapatnam.
Reddy is currently serving as the CVO of NMDC Limited and will now oversee vigilance operations at both public sector giants.
