NEW DELHI (Feb 17, 2026) — In a strategic move to navigate mounting regulatory pressure, Tata Sons has onboarded former Civil Aviation Secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola as a Senior Advisor to Air India.
Kharola, a 1985-batch IAS officer of the Karnataka cadre, is a veteran of the aviation sector, having previously served as both the Chairman of Air India (2017–2019) and the Union Civil Aviation Secretary (2019–2021).
