VARANASI (Feb 18, 2026) — The Ministry of Railways has appointed Ashutosh Pant as the new General Manager (GM) of the Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW). Pant, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), takes charge of the premier production unit effective immediately.
