SRINAGAR (Feb 22, 2026) — In a significant administrative overhaul, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has reassigned 20 IAS officers to key positions to streamline governance and expedite flagship projects like the Jal Jeevan Mission.
Top-Level Appointments (Financial Commissioners)

Ashwani Kumar: Posted as Financial Commissioner (ACS), Power Development Department, with additional charge of the Mining Department.
