NEW DELHI – The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has announced a strategic shift in the federal administrative lineup, appointing Shri S. Vineeth, IAS, to a vital position within the central government. Vineeth, a 2013-batch officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre, will now serve as the Private Secretary to the Union Minister of Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan.
