NEW DELHI – In a significant move within the capital’s administrative hierarchy, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) has announced the high-profile transfer of a senior bureaucrat.
According to an official order issued by the Services Department on April 17, 2026, Shri Kaushal Raj Sharma (IAS, UP:2006) has been appointed as the Secretary to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Delhi.
