PRAYAGRAJ — Deepak Kumar Sinha, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), has been appointed as the Chief Signal Engineer (CSE) for the North Central Railway (NCR). Currently serving within the same zone, Sinha will now lead the signaling and telecommunications department in this high-level capacity.
