NEW DELHI – In a move to streamline administrative oversight, the Ministry of Railways has announced that Sukhmal Chand Jain will take on additional high-level responsibilities within the Railway Board.
Already serving as the Additional Member (Land & Amenities), Mr. Jain has now been entrusted with the additional charge of Additional Member (Works). According to the official directive, he will hold this dual portfolio until May 24, 2026, or until further orders are issued.
