NEW DELHI — The Central Government has finalized a key administrative appointment, shifting Shri Harshvardhan Singh Khangarot, IP&TA&FS, into the central secretariat to handle a vital directorial portfolio.
According to a “Most Immediate” Office Memorandum issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), the 2012-batch Indian P&T Accounts and Finance Service officer has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Steel, Delhi. His transition to the central pool was cleared following a recommendation from the Department of Telecommunications.
