MALIGAON / SILIGURI: In a major institutional deployment to accelerate strategic connectivity in the Northeast, Milan Kumar Singh, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has been selected for central deputation to IRCON International Limited.
Singh, who currently serves as the Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) for the Lumding Division under the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), will take charge as the Chief General Manager (Civil) for the high-priority Sivok–Rangpo Rail Project in Siliguri, West Bengal. His deputation tenure has been approved for a period of three years.
