KOLKATA: In a move to ensure leadership stability and strategic continuity, the Board of Directors of Emami Paper Mills Limited has officially approved the re-appointment of Shri Manish Goenka as a Whole-Time Director of the company.
Concurrently, the Board has designated him to continue in his high-level executive role as the Vice Chairman of the organization. His next tenure will formally take effect from July 1, 2026, subject to necessary shareholder approvals and statutory clearances.
