NEW DELHI: In a temporary top-level bureaucratic realignment, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the assignment of additional administrative responsibilities to senior bureaucrat Ms. Debashree Mukherjee, IAS.
According to an official notification (No. 36/01/2026-EO(SM-I)) issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on May 27, 2026, Ms. Mukherjee will take on the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
