CHANDIGARH: In a major administrative restructuring, the Government of Punjab’s Department of Home Affairs (Home-I Branch) has issued orders for the immediate transfer and posting of 11 senior police officers. The directive, issued on June 1, 2026, under the authority of the Governor of Punjab, implements these changes on administrative grounds with immediate effect.
