CHENNAI — In a move to strengthen its corporate governance and independent oversight, non-banking financial company (NBFC) Srestha Finvest Limited has inducted Mr. Dipesh Jaswantlal Shah into its boardroom.
Shah has been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director, on the company’s board.
