SECUNDERABAD — Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer Vijay Serwal has been designated as Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Projects/Coordination) [CSTE/Proj./Coord.] within South Central Railway (SCR).
Prior to this assignment, Serwal was already serving within the South Central Railway zone, making this an internal administrative re-posting.
