Term Extension Granted to Central University of HP Vice Chancellor Prof. Sat Prakash Bansal

The Ministry of Education has granted a tenure extension to Prof. Sat Prakash Bansal, the incumbent Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), allowing him to remain in office until a regular successor is appointed.

Prof. Bansal’s initial five-year term was set to expire today, July 27, 2026.
