In a fresh administrative transfer, E. Balagangadhar has been reassigned from the East Coast Railway (ECoR) to the South Coast Railway (SCoR) and posted in the cadre.
Balagangadhar is a Group ‘B’ officer belonging to the Signal & Telecommunications (S&T) Department, the core technical wing responsible for modern signaling systems, track safety networks, and communication infrastructure across railway lines.
