NEW DELHI — In a administrative directive issued on Thursday, the Delhi High Court ordered the transfer of Judicial Officer Anu Grover Baliga from her position as presiding judge of the designated Fast-Track Court handling offences under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
The High Court has posted Judge Ajay Gupta to replace Baliga in the specialized fast-track court.
