NEW DELHI — Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) officer Vivesh (2020 batch) has been selected to serve as Additional Private Secretary to Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Rajiv Ranjan Singh.
The posting will be served on a deputation/co-terminus tenure. The civil servant has been formally relieved from his existing department to join the Minister’s personal staff.
