NEW DELHI — Senior bureaucrat D. Madhukar Naik, a 2002-batch Indian Defence Estates Service (IDES) officer, has been elevated to the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) against the 2023 panel year.
With this advancement, Naik takes over as Additional Director General (Addl DG) at the service’s national headquarters in New Delhi, bringing over two decades of administrative experience in defence land management to the central apex body.
