NEW DELHI — In a continued effort to streamline medical operations and cadre distribution, Dr. Marlapati Abhinav, an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer, has been transferred from Southern Railway (SR) to South Coast Railway (SCoR).
He will be absorbed directly into the SCoR cadre to oversee healthcare facilities and officer health services in the region.
