SAN FRANCISCO — Artificial intelligence powerhouse OpenAI has named enterprise software veteran Dali Rajic as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He replaces Denise Dresser, who is departing the organization to pursue other opportunities following a transition period.
Rajic will take charge of OpenAI’s global revenue operations, focusing on scaling enterprise go-to-market systems to meet expanding corporate demand. A seasoned commercial operator, Rajic brings a track record in leading metrics-driven global sales organizations across both technical and enterprise client bases.
He joins OpenAI following executive leadership positions at major tech players: most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at cloud security firm Wiz (acquired by Google), and previously holding the roles of President and COO at Zscaler and Chief Customer and Revenue Officer at AppDynamics.
Welcoming the appointment, Greg Brockman, President and Co-Founder of OpenAI, credited outgoing CRO Denise Dresser for her leadership during a pivotal commercial expansion phase. Brockman noted that Rajic’s expertise will be crucial in creating repeatable execution frameworks as AI capabilities become embedded across global business workflows.
Dresser’s exit comes after her appointment to the CRO post in December 2025, during which she oversaw the rapid scaling of OpenAI’s enterprise and customer success divisions.
