NEW DELHI — In a major administrative development, ITS officer Arun Gupta has been selected to join Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) as its Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) on a central deputation basis.
According to an official directive, the Indian Telecommunication Service officer will head the corporate vigilance wing of the state-run engineering manufacturing giant under the Central Staffing Scheme for a tenure of three years.
