NEW DELHI — The central government has approved the inter-cadre deputation of senior police officer VSR Ananthnag, a 2011-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the West Bengal cadre, to the Andhra Pradesh cadre.
The inter-cadre transfer has been sanctioned for an initial tenure of three years, allowing the officer to serve under the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
