MUMBAI — Leading broadcasting and entertainment network Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced the appointment of Amit Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2026.
Mehta will succeed Manu Wadhwa, who transitions into a strategic advisory role as Strategy Advisor to SPNI after leading the network’s people agenda. Joining SPNI’s Senior Management Team, Mehta will report directly to Managing Director & CEO Gaurav Banerjee and oversee HR, culture, leadership development, and administration.
