NEW DELHI — The Central Government has approved a one-year extension for Vishal Chauhan, a 1998-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Sikkim cadre, in his current post as Member (Administration) at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The extension prolongs his central deputation tenure under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways beyond November 5, 2026, extending his term through November 5, 2027.
