NEW DELHI — The Competent Authority has approved assigning the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. (HEC), Ranchi, to Arun Gupta, an Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer of the 2001 batch.
Gupta, who currently serves as CVO of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) in Delhi, will hold the dual charge for a period of one year, effective November 19, 2026.
