AHMEDABAD — State-owned Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC) has inducted Prof. Amit Karna into its board as an Additional Independent Director.
Prof. Karna currently serves as a Professor of Strategy and holds the position of Dean (Alumni and External Relations) at the premier Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). His appointment brings executive strategy experience and academic expertise to the corporate governance and strategic planning framework of the state-run mining enterprise.
