MUMBAI — Rishabh Narendra Jain has tendered his resignation from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director at Baazar Style Retail Limited.
In his formal submission to the company’s Board of Directors, Jain confirmed his departure from the board, bringing an end to his tenure as an independent director supervising corporate governance, audit oversight, and strategic direction for the value fashion retailer. The company is expected to inform the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) regarding the effective date of his resignation and the reconstitution of relevant board committees in due course.
