NEW DELHI — Real estate firm Ravinder Heights Limited has expanded its board leadership with the induction of Vineet Kumar Shrivastava as an Additional Independent Director.
The appointment remains subject to final ratification by shareholders at the company’s upcoming general meeting. Shrivastava carries a 30-year track record in corporate administration, regulatory liaison, and enterprise security management, having previously served as Associate Vice President at Goenka Motors Private Limited.
