PUNE — Bajaj Auto Limited has announced the board-level appointment of Ms. Pallavi Joshi Bakhru as a Non-Executive Independent Director, expanding its governance framework.
Ms. Bakhru, who heads the Family Office and Private Client Services domain at Grant Thornton Bharat, carries more than 30 years of domain experience in corporate taxation, regulatory compliance, international arbitration, and structural tax advisory. Named one of India’s top 10 women in tax by the International Tax Review (2015), her induction reinforces the automaker’s board oversight across complex regulatory and financial structures.
