The Delhi government has reassigned five Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to new responsibilities in a recent administrative reshuffle.
- Prashant Goyal, Financial Commissioner, has been given the additional charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of the Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation (DSCSC).
- Ashok Kumar, Secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD), will now also serve as Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Labour, and Secretary, Cooperation.
- Jitender Yadav has been appointed as Managing Director of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) with the additional charge of Special Commissioner, Transport.
- Ms. Mitali Namchoom, Director of the Women and Child Development (WCD) department, will also hold the charge of Secretary for the Delhi Commission for Women.
- Hemant Kumar will join as Special CEO of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) and has been given the additional charge of Special Commissioner, Development.
