Ms. Rachna Shah, a 1991 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre and the current Secretary of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), pending the appointment of a regular incumbent.
