Dr. Adarsh Swaika, a 2002 batch IFS officer who currently serves as the High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Kenya (and Permanent Representative to UNEP & UN-Habitat), has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Federal Republic of Somalia, with his residence continuing to be in Nairobi.
